Sagrantino: Brings Italy to you this summer

When it’s swelteringly hot and you are stuck in the city, you might be tired of an all white palette with the occasional Rose thrown in. If you are sweating it out, but yearning for an Italian red search no further, Amanda has found just the wine to tickle that fancy.
She recommends trying Sagrantino di Montefalco is from the Umbria region of Italy. “Sagrantino” refers to the grape which grows in the countryside surrounding the town of Montefalco, which must comprise 100% of the wine.
